WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW
That's a wrap! The 2025 Math Kangaroo test gathered 81 Silver Oak students from grades 1 through 6. These young individuals and parent volunteers helped make test day seamless. Math Kangaroo is an International Math competition that helps students develop critical thinking skills. We're so proud of our students as they showcased resilience and confidence.

This week we started our third trimester and during the next few months the focus Habit of the Mind we will be working on is Remaining Open to Continuous Learning. In addition to academics, we are committed to helping develop our students' social and emotional growth. Each year we work with our students to develop specific "Habits of the Mind." These habits will provide them the skills to help them in life. Students are recognized for demonstrating these behaviors through Exhibiting Excellence and Student of the Month school recognition programs.
Don't let your child miss out on their precious school memories. Silver Oak's 30 year anniversary yearbook edition is on sale for $45. Order online through this link using our school ID number 13907825.
