1,000 Days of Learning with Kindness Project

The 5th grade students of Silver Oak Elementary of 2025-2026 school year celebrated their 1000th day of learning this week with a kindness project where they packed and donated 1,000 care packages to the needy children at Rebekah Children’s Services.
Community Relations Director Nayeli Ceja-Khaira thanks students in this video for the wonderful care kits they put together for Rebekah Children's Services.

A proud moment for Silver Oak’s 5th grade students as they gathered this week to celebrate 1,000 days of learning and growth. The milestone served as a chance to recognize their collective hard work, resilience and commitment to giving back to others.
Kindness Packed in Every Care Package
The care packages included hygiene items, educational items, hand warmers and motivational stickers that will bring smile to the kids at Rebekah Children’s Services.
