Donate clothes for Sacred Heart Fundraiser

Make a difference in our community! Join us for the Sacred Heart Clothing Drive, benefiting those in need in our local area. From Friday, March 24 to Friday, March 31, drop off your new or gently used clothing donations in the A-wing or multipurpose room at Silver Oak during school hours. Your donations will help make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Let's work together to give back and make a difference. Thank you for your support.

Silver Oak CAASPP Testing Schedule

From May 8 - 19, Silver Oak students in grades 3-6 will be taking California state tests for language arts, reading, and math. 5th graders will also take the CAST science test and fitness test, and 6th graders will take a math placement test for middle school. Click story headline for detailed testing schedule. Please plan any appointments during testing days after the school day ends so your child is able to take their tests as scheduled.

Apply Now for LSI and Bulldog Tech

Within Evergreen School District we offer students the choice to attend one of our project based learning (PBL) programs for 7-8 grades. If you are interested in having your child apply for these programs, applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now being accepted for Lobo School of Innovation (LSI) at Quimby Oak and Bulldog Tech at LeyVa. If they are not up to date with all the required immunizations or do not have their 7th-grade advancement immunizations, please start the process and submit your child’s immunization record to your school site front office. Attendance Matters

Attendance Matters

How many absences are too many? Chronic absence is defined as 18 days a year—or just 2 days a month. Call your student's school office if you have questions about your student's attendance.

Silver Oak parents of all grade levels are invited to participate in the Parent Cafe held the first Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m. Mr. Greenfield meets with parents to discuss educational issues of the day and factors impacting student achievement.
